OnEnd event launched even if a parcel installation failed

In Advanced UI and Suite projects, the description of the OnEnd event is this:

The OnEnd event launches its actions immediately before the end of a successful Suite/Advanced UI installation. If the end user cancels the Suite/Advanced UI installation or the installation encounters an error, the OnEnd event does not run.

What is considered a "successful Suite/Advanced UI installation"? I want to use the OnEnd event to know if an installation is successful, but it triggers when I don't expect it to. For example, if the detection conditions of a parcel are not met (it was not properly installed), the OnEnd event is still triggered. Even though the wizard displays that the installation was interrupted.

What would be the best way to check that all parcels where successfully installed?

Thanks
