Old File Versions Being Installed

I have a simple msi installation. An exe some dll's and a couple of databases. Everyting looks fine in the cab file that gets built. All correct versions. However when I run the install it installs old versions of my files instead of the ones in the cab. These old versions don't even exist on my computer. Not sure where it is finding them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Log the install and check the log file to determine what source it is resolving to.
