No response from Acresso Technical Team
I think Acresso now stops responding to the query forwarded to their technical team. After asking for support they never try to send even a curtacy reply. How much on ecan rely on their products. Most of the solutions from community blog users. Are ther any developer availabel still .............????????

The community forums are not an official support channel, as explained on the Service-Level Agreement page (see the link at the bottom right of this page). If you need support from Acresso, you are encouraged to visit http://support.acresso.com/ and create a support incident.
The Acresso employees that provide assistance on the community forums can't resolve or answer every post despite the fact that we would love to do so.

I've not been able to get support for product defects in InstallShield Express without paying money.
Are employees able to answer questions about whether or not an InstallShield is really a bug here on the forum? I submitted a bug report (FTP client in web upload code thinks all the world is a Windows FTP server, instead of doing a platform agnostic upload) and was told to pay for support or learn to live with y'all's bug.
