No Database is Open. Illegal Operation

Dear Developers,

I am using Installshield Limited Edition for visual studio 2015. While I start to build the setup project. I am getting "No database is open. Illegal Operation" error.

Please help me as I am stuck in this error and cant getting help from net.

Hi,

I would recommend checking if there is any anti-virus program running.
If there is, try disabling and building as a test.
