New PC and licence

Hello,
I have a new PC following the crash of my old PC.
I'm trying to install Installshield 2018 Professional Perpetual License but I get the following error: "The quantity specified exceeded maximum quantity allowed".

How can I install the software?

If the old PC is no longer available/working then you need to contact activation support:
