Need 16 digit Serial Number to activate InstallShield

Hello Flexera

We are in the process of reinstalling InstallShield software (after a recent crash of build server).

Unable to trace the 16 digit serial number (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx) to activate.

We recently renewed InstallShield Premier Silver Maintenance Renewal in January 2020.

Maintenance Plan ID : ISMTKSQ-HDK-8060340145

The mail we got after renewal doesn;t have the 16 digit activation key.
