Multi Instance Dialog
Hi,
I have a setup project in multi-instance mode.
Is it possible to customize the appearence of the multi instance dialog ( the dialog that appears if another instance is already present in the system )?
For example I would like to propose by default the selection of the radio "Mantain or update the instance..." and to select a specific instance in the bottom list control...
Thanks for any contribution!
Michele

You cannot modify the appearance of the Multi-Instance dialog. However, you can hide the dialog using the setup.exe command-line arguments or can modify the text on the dialog by editing 0x0409.ini (for English) file in the Support folder in the InstallShield Installation Folder.
I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Alpesh

HI,
we have a doubt. we just want to know from where does this multi instance screen is getting initiated.
we need this information for the following scenario.
After clicking on the "Next" button on the multi instance Dialog , the control goes to the second screen(ex:Welcome screen). in the Welcome screen if we click on the Back button again the control has to go back to the multi instance screen. Can We achieve this and yes means, how ?
Please advice.
Thanks & Regards
Rammohan
