Move my InstallShield license

Hello

My computer crashed and I need to move my InstallShield license to my new computer.

I can not deactivate the license, since the computer can not be started.

Please help me.

Hi Mangus, 

Since you you no longer have the old machine with InstallShield on it, you will need to contact Technical support using the contact information below. Technical support will help you return your InstallShield, and activate it on a new machine even if you do not have a valid maintenance plan.
