Modify app.config with LE?

Is it possible to modify the app.config during install with LE? I am trying to write the install directory to the app.config of my program.

Hi Chensley,

You will be able to modify app.config during install time through the XML view in the InstallShield Premier and Professional editions. As the XML view is unavailable (locked) in InstallShield Limited Edition you would have to write your own custom code to achieve this task. Writing a custom code is a complex procedure when compared to achieving the same task through the XML view in InstallShield Premier and Professional editions.
