Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Update 3 Redistributable Package (x64) does not install

Hi there.

We have the problem, that "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Update 3 Redistributable Package (x64)" does not get installed.

Here is the environment:
Target: Windows 7 64-bit
Here are some relevant InstallShield ism settings:
- General -> Template Summary: x64;0
- Redistributables selected: "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Update 3 Redistributable Package (x64)", "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Update 3 Redistributable Package (x86)", "Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Update 4 Redistributable Package (x86)", "Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1", "Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 Full"

"Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Update 3 Redistributable Package (x86)" seems to get installed.

Who could help us out?
I think that prq are still misconfigured by default (several issues with x64 with IS 2011, several issues with "Visual Studio installed Computers" getting error message with IS2015).

Two main possibilities why it may not be getting installed:

1) PRQ OS condition not met
2) [System64Folder]msvcp140.dll already exists with version 14.0.24212

Recommend:
Check your target machine for msvcp140.dll & version.

Lastly:
The default InstallShield 2016 C++ 2015 Update 3 PRQ works fine on Win 7 x64. Provided you have not changed it.
