MS Ready Test fails: NXCheck and DBCheck

I created a very small Application (Windows Forms Application with VS2013/c#).
I added and configured the installer.
I am trying to test the SingleImage-output with Microsoft Plattform Ready Test.
The Test fails and says, that the setup.exe is not marked as NX and Dynamic Base compatible.

21. Applications must comply with Windows security requirements
Failed checks
C:\CheckIn\20140310\setup.exe - NXCheck ( FAIL )
Information : Image is not marked as NX compatible
C:\CheckIn\20140310\setup.exe - DBCheck ( FAIL )
Information : Image is not marked as Dynamic Base compatible

i searched and found results about adding linker parameters (NXCOMPAT and DYNAMICBASE) but i cant confiugre this.
