Localization

I have a requirement to run the installer dialogs in the language of the OS. So if the user is using Windows Spanish, than the installer dialogs should be displayed in Spanish. I select the Setup languages in Project Properties but my installer is running in English always regardless of the OS language. Is there something else that I need to do to do what I want?

In the Release Wizard, you may need to add the languages you want the release to support.
