License corrupted, repair fails: InstallShield 2018 Lite

We have a InstallShield 2018 Lite License: Which is currently used on a single machine only. Recently we started getting the "The Product License has been corrupted". We tried re-installation and even reboots to check if that resolves issues, but that does not seem to help and we are blocked now. Please find the attached Log file. Please suggest a solution. So that we get back to using InstallShield as before.

License corrupted may be due to the changes in the hardware:

See whether you can return and reactivate the license:

1- Return by executing the below command:

 C:\Program Files(x86)\Installshield\2018 Lite\System\TSConfig.exe /return

2- If the return is success, then IS 2018 Lite can be reactivated using the same activation code.

 

If it fails, contact Flexera support to reactivate your license.
