License Agreement requires to scroll to the end

I have read and implemented this using WatchScroll after reading: "Ability to Require End Users to Scroll Through the EULA in the LicenseAgreement Dialog."

I now have another requirement in these lines. I have to make the text "Please read the following license agreement carefully and scroll down to the end." in red and I have to switch it back to black once Next button is enabled.

Is it possible change the Text Style once Next button is enabled?

You can change font type using CtrlSetFont().
