Hi,
We are trying to kill a process, so we can uninstall the files and update this process to a new version. I've attached the image showing the properties for the KillWSC custom action. This is currently not working. Please advise so that we can finish our Evaluation of InstallShield 2021 and purchase it!

The solution was provided by Ian. Please see attachment. Also if major upgrade, please change the product code. We went from version 2.3.0 to 2.4.0.

Thanks for posting the solution, Ken (@krubin)!
A quick clarification: To generate a new Product Code, if configuring a major upgrade, please make sure to click the ellipsis {...} button that appears to the far most right of the Product Code, under General Information, after clicking on the field with the current Product Code. This will automatically generate a new Product Code and ensure that a unique Product Code GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) is generated.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks!
