Issue found incompatible application

My Windows forms application has now deployed successfully on several test machines including:
• 32 bit XP machines (2 off)
• 32 bit Vista machines (2 off)
• My own 64 bit Windows 7 computer (However this is also the Visual studio 2010 design machine for the application)
However the application will not install on a client’s 64 bit Windows 7 computer.
Trouble shooting on this machine comes up with the message “Issue found incompatible application” Detected
We have tried running this machine in XP and Vista mode to no effect.

Could anyone help please?

Hi,

Could you kindly try installing the setup on a clean 64 bit machine and check if you are coming across the same issue.

I will try to locate a suitable machine and let you know. I work from a home office and this may be difficult. Thank you
