InstallshieldLE for VisualStudio don't run ?

I just install your product, but I dont find the program ? and, of course, I can't actiave my copy with my serial number.

I fail to understand what exactly you mean by couldnot find the program after installing the product, could you please help me understand the issue better that would help me look into it further?
