Installshield whitebox error

Hi, 

Good Day, have anyone encountered this kind of error? 
this is on Installshield 2021 r2

Thank you for your post.

I do not believe that I have encountered / experienced that specific error dialog before.

Could you please follow the following steps?

1. Close the InstallShield IDE.

2. Navigate to Add or Remove Programs.

3. Perform a repair on your copy of InstallShield.

Does the issue still occur?

If so, could you please follow the following steps?

1. Close the InstallShield IDE.

2. Navigate to Add or Remove Programs.

3. Uninstall your copy of InstallShield while connected to the Internet.

4. Reinstall your copy of InstallShield.

Does the issue still occur?

Hi @Revenera_Ian ,

i did try those steps, 
uninstall and reinstall InstallShield but it shows the same error dialog box

Hi @itsmenickie,

 From when you started seeing this error, after any changes in machines, any windows update

you are seeing this error at the time of launching installshield or Opening a project or building project.

If its at time of opening or building a project? is it specific to only one project or all project (meaning if you create a new project you see the same error).

If you are seeing this issue on build project time, please check your machines has enough space and the files are not coming from network path(if its coming from network path, make sure the files are accessible).

Hi @varul 

it happens when  InstallShield tries to do something like,  build, and opens an MSI using Wizard.
it also happens  on  newly created msi.

space is not an issue, still have atleast 100gb of space on it.

Hi

to whoever will have this kind of error in the future, 

Just uninstall the software and remove the things that is related to "AdminStudio" and InstallShield, that can be removed in registry.  after that reinstall it and it should work.
