Installshield not opening up

Hi

Can you tell me why Installshield not opening?
I tried open it from All Programs->InstallShield->InstallShield 2011

also tried to edit existing .msi file using Installshield editor
Still nothing is coming.

Please tell me is there any dependency for this?

I guess this is related to License thing
need to renew license.
