Installshield limited edition for Visual Studio (CPU-type not supported)
Hi,
I'm using Installshield limited edition with Visual studio 2013. I've created a setup project and build it into a single image setup. When I run the "setup.exe", a message "The installation package is not supported by this processor type" appear and the setup quits.
In the System Hardware Requirements section in the setup project there are 3 options regarding CPU-types (All, 486, Pentium or higher). Have tried all three but same message appears for all options. What to do in order to make a functional setup?

Hello ,
Could you please check if the same behaviour is seen on 64-bit machine(if you are not running the setup on one)?
If there is any 64-bit component added in your setup, it by default it will be created as a 64-bit setup, which fails to run on a 32-bit machine and results in the error that you have mentioned.
Thanks,
Chiranjeevi
