selecting the shortcut to the ise file in Install shield, the message "Install shield cannot open file. please contact Flexera Software technical support for more information" is displayed immediately and the short cut is removed from the list of previous projects.

Install Shield was used yesterday to create a new release

please help, or pint me to the Technical teams email address

Hi @kgailey ,

• Where is the installshield express.(ise) file placed?
• It happens sometimes that if the file is in shared location,due to loss in connectivity you might not able to access the file

I've rebooted the server and logged back in and was able to open and access the projects
