I'm trying to start Installshield 2012 Express on my old computer.
When I try to open Installshield project or just start the program I always get window (User account Control) Saying "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?"
When I select Yes nothing more happens and Install Shield do not start.
This was working before. I'm trying to change old setup project created in Installshield 2012 Express on my old computer.
