Installscript setup launcher unicode has stopped working

I have upgraded Installshield from 10 to 2018 and I am getting "Installscript setup launcher unicode has stopped working" exception.

My environment has Windows Server 2012 R2.

I think this is very old issue.

It was the splash screen causing this issue. It might be the size of the splash screen restricting the setup from launch.
When I reduced the dimension of the splash screen to 500*306, the setup launched successfully.
