Installing via per machine or per user gives differen’t version code

When I install the installer through admin rights (elevated privilege), in control panel add/remove it is “client 7.0.1”

When I install the installer normally, it is in add/remove control panel “client 7.0.0”

Same executable gets installed I’m pretty sure, but why is it differen’t versions? How can I fix this?
