Installer Error 1904

When I run the installer I created for my application, I get the error shown below.



I have no clue what is causing this, or how to fix it. I read online that it might be because of missing dependancies for the Merge Module (Crystal Reports SAP) involved. I have tried incorporating the MSVC 2005, 2008 and 2010 redistributables, with no success on clearing this error.

Can anyone help? Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it? Suggestions?

Did you check Crystal Report's support about their merge modules? ...it seems that merge module also requires one of the C++ redistributable to be included... please install C++ redistributable and check for the behavior.
