InstallShield limited Edition 2015 problem

Dear sirs

I downloaded the latest 2015 Limited edition and opened a project which creates an installation project for a WCF service.

I get the message "Installshied cannot open. Please contact Flexera Software technical support"

Any suggestions?

Is this project migrated from a previous version?
I would try repairing InstallShield and see if that resolves it.
