InstallShield Project auto checkout

Hello,
I upgrade on Visual Studio 2013 and I removed all Visual Studio Project Installer from my solution and I replace by InstallShield projects deployment.

When I open my Visual Studio solution, all InstallShield projects are always checkout by Visual Studio 2013 or Team Foundation Server.
When I compare the project file (*.isproj) extracted with the lastest version in control code source, no difference was found.

If you have an idea ?
