InstallShield 2015 Premier license expired

 Hello,

InstallShield 2015 Premier license is expired on Aug 12, 2021 (Image attached). We are renewing the licenses every year and that includes InstallShield 2020 premier.

We have an urgent requirement with InstallShield 2015 Premier in our project and we need support of this license for minimum of next six (6) months. And, we can not migrate to later versions immediately. Kindly provide your support quickly.

Hi Sai Venu Kiran,

If you have purchased perpetual license,  you need to do re activation once its expires,  if yours is not perpetual license you need to renew the license.
