InstallShield 11.5 supported OS

Hi Experts,

I have 2 queries.

1. We used to bundle JVM as part of our 32 bit installers. Now we would like remove. 

Is it possible to do using "InstallShield 11.5

2. Tried to install "Installshield 11.5" on  Windows 7, 8 and 2010. But unable to launch. So could you please let me know the supported windows OS for Installshield 11.5.

Please very urgent.
