InstallScript - Check version number if previously installed

Hello,

I know the product version 1.0000000 can be set in the settings

Is it possible to set a flag using InstallScript to determine the following. Is the InstallScript smart enough to determine if one version is newer than another verion?

Version A: install date 10/01/2021

Version B: Install date 11/01/2021

If Version B is installed 1st, that there would be a warning if we try to install Version A AFTER Version B was installed.

Installscrip doesnt have the option to prevent the lower version when higher version is installed, we have that option available in Basic MSI and Installscript MSI project type,
