Install shield Prerequiste

I am having Java 6 update 26(1.6.0_26) in my system.
I want to install 1.6.0_21 which is provided with the tool which i am going to install.. But my prerequisite file does not allow me to install that version since it is less than 1.6.0_26. Can anyone provide me some solution to overcome this.
The *.prq file is

Try removing the condition form the prq file using the Prerequisite editor. If no condition is attached to the prq the install will run always.

In your case, I believe:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Web Start
needs to removed.
