We are facing an issue while running the setup.exe in client place (install script project)

  What version of installshield you are using?IS2019 or IS2020 or latest IS2022

Is it a server machine or win10, 

Please generate log (.bin file) by following below kb article steps and share the same.

Please find the attachment. we suffering in client place because of this issue.

log file size is big what can i do please assist.

What version of installshield you are using? IS2020 or 2021 or 2022?

What is customer machine OS? 

You can raise a support case and share the log.
