Install NT Service - how to set Recovery Mode?

So I'm creating an install which needs to install a few NT Services. I'm using the component wizard. When I run the install the services are installed and can be started, however, the Recovery Mode defaults to "Take No Action". How can I instruct the install package to set the Recovery Mode for these services to "restart the service"?

Creating a custom action using sc.exe will allow you to change the service failure recovery options.
