Incorporating .net Release Problem

Hey all,

I've attempted to add .net 1.1 to the release but when I go to install the application it says it required .net 1.1... The install builds correctly also, claiming to have found the dotnetfxsp1 file..
Can someone direct me to a walk through or a guide on how to add .net 1.1 to the release? I cannot seem to find any useful documentation

im sure adding .net 1.1 to a release is a common thing.. someone must know..
