Include MS utilities

I was pleased to see a built in option to include Framework in my install. How do I also include MS WSE3.0?

if you have it as an merge module then copy that to (C:\InstallShield\2012\Modules\i386) and tin the redistrubutables you can see them.
see if this is right because iam on move so i can't verify that.
