ISPreventDowngrade not functioning, thinks newer version found?
No matter what options we choose we get 2 outcomes:
1. It doesn't remove the old version and just installs the new version along side it
2. It complains that a newer version is found and exits out.
Old Version: 5.0.0.2793 (I know 4th digit is meaningless)
New Version: 6.0.0.xxx
We have tried pretty much every option under the Advanced/Common tab. We have recreated it. Still nothing. The product has a DIFFERENT Product Code and the SAME Upgrade Code. This works fine in our InstallScript MSI packages, but the Basic MSI packages fail with this.

What does your Major Upgrade Item look like?
How about attaching a Windows Installer Log file?
