Hello,
I have obtain a message about confirmation of successful maintenance fulfilment.
In Product Information there is not IS2014 listed. "New Versions" are grayed.

Resolved: Now, it is available

Sometimes it takes a little bit to show up in the Product and License Center. If it still doesn't show up, contact Flexera directly.
