IS LE can not find redistributibles after VC 2012 update 3 installation

I have just installed VC 2012 Update 3 package (reccomended by Microsoft)
and now IS LE cannot build my project as it cannot find VC redistributables to
include into it. I have the following error:

ISEXP : error : -4075: File not found. An error occurred merging Module 'Microsoft_VC110_MFC_x64.C7F737EB_3325_3BEE_8D0D_DEF2DE62486A:0' for Feature 'AlwaysInstall'.

The same for x32 version!

How to correct this?
