IS 2008 Download trouble

Hi.

I just wanted to download IS 2008 through the maintenance plan, but I run into trouble. The download did not begin a multiple times an now the download site reports that I´ve exceeded the download limit of 5.

If you contact our technical support with your customer information and let them know that you are having download problems, they can work with you to ensure that you are able to get InstallShield 2008 downloaded.

I´ve contacted them already.....hope they can reset it for me.

I'm also trying to download InstallShield 2008 premium evaluation from the link I got when I put my details in, and it keeps timing out.

Is there a problem with capacity at the moment?

I am also having trouble with the download. I had to contact support for a different link.

As long as you disable popup blockers before downloading, you should be good.

I did and added the site to my trusted site list, but it still would not work. All I got was a small window that I could not resize to read what it said.

Still got no reply from Macrovision Maintenance plan support.

When did you contact them. I know they closed early on Friday.

I also get a very small message box that won't resize.
