INSTALLDIR with a web install

What should I set INSTALLDIR to for a web install in InstallShield 2015 SP1? basic MSI. I have to install one web app with two virtual sub dirs.

INSTALLDIR should be set to [IISROOTFOLDER] your web site etc.
