I didn't get my serial Number

Hi,

I have downloaded the Visual Studio Limited Edition of Install Shield and regstered mutiple times but I have not received the serial number for activation.
I have been trying to get he serial number for almost a week still not received. I hve checked all my spam and trash folders but nothing has come to my mailbox.

Please help...
