I can't activate the license of my InstallShield 2015

Good evening.

I'm going to move(InstallShield 2015) to my new computer. 

I successfully returned my license(330D-****-****-DCBE) and I got confirm message. 

But I can't activate the license with my new computer. 

Please check my license successfully returned.  If not then let me know
