How to "Verify" a new install of InstallShield 2008 offline
How do I "offline" verify an install of InstallShield 2008 now? Our company's proxy configuration prevents the online verification from working and there is no way we'll get that changed.
I tried e-mailing the request but the address given is an old Macrovision address and we get it bounced back as undeliverable.
Is there a new e-mail address to send the request to?
Per some other threads I saw in these forums, I sent an e-mail to installshieldsupport@flexerasoftware.com last Tuesday but have not heard anything back yet. I just sent them a follow-up.
Never mind. I did get resonses from the support folks. I just realized that the responses went to my Junk E-mail folder in Outlook. I've added their e-mail address to my trusted senders list.
