How to perform a Minor Upgrade from a specific version.

Hi everyone,

Can you let me know how to detect for a specific version before prompt user to perform an upgrade as my situation below:

Product version 1.2, 1.3 does not allow to do upgrade to 2.0 and display error message.
Product version 1.4 allows to upgrade to 2.0.

This is for Basic MSI Project.

Hope it's not too late. You can add a major upgrade item for version 1.2 and 1.3 in Upgrades view, and set Detect Only to Yes in Advanced tab. You can then use the associated property in Custom Action Type 19.
