How to lodg install shield actions?

I am using German WIndows OS to install pro Server which is build on Installshiled, i have Administartor rights but the when i am installing , the installed files are with system rights. plz tell me how log the actions in installshiled

as you noticed there as custom action (which will be installed per default) called "ShowMSILog" but this Propery works only under VISTA with Windows Installer 4.5. Older Windows and Installer Versions (3.x and earlier) will ignore this settings
