How to insure that MSI template always install the latest version of MS VC Runtimes?

My InstallShield project have MS VC Runtimes which are included as merge modules in the project. 

My concern is how the version of MS VC Runtimes are updated when MS updates their minor/major version.

For example if I have included merge modules for MS VC2013 and its minor version got upgraded post my MSI Template deployment. Now should I need to update merge module in InstallShield project every-time Microsoft release the newer version? 

VC Runtime 2013 12.0.40664.0 installed on the machine and MSI installed VC Runtime 2013 12.0.40660.0 on the machine.

How to insure that MSI template always install the latest version of MS VC Runtimes?
