How to fix "Failed to read INI and Decrypt Data" error?

Hi,

Why error happens when I install Merge eFilm 4.3 program in Windows 10, The error message box text is "Failed to read INI and Decrypt Data".

What could I do if i want to install Merge eFilm 4.3 program normally?

  • I run application as Administrator.
  • I didn't install or run any anti-virus program and HIDS system.
  • OS: Windows 10 LTSC clean environment.
