How to change content of Change button appearing in Add/Remove programs

hiii
I want to change the content of change button coming in Add/Remove programs in control pannel. Currently its showing Change but i want it to be Change/Remove . Is it possible in installshield Basic MSI project.

I don't think there's a built-in, straightforward option. Would it do just to hide the Remove button (or show both if it's being hidden now)?
