How long must I wait (ISLE activate with offline)

I'm trying to use ISLE.
Install ISLE and enter the serial number.
Then error is occured. (Internet Activation Failed)

My PC does not connect Internet.
(and also I can't connect Internet)
I choose "proceed with offline activation".
I mailed to offlineactivations@installsield.com on 25 of March
with xml document that is displayed from ISLE.
But I can't get any reply yet.

How long must I wait?

Hi,

The activation will happen immediately after sending the response mail.

Could you please re-try the same procedure of offline activation and check.

Please take sometime to have a look at the steps for Activation through Email:
