How can I get a serial code for InstallShild in Visual Studio 2012

I've just bought Visual Studio 2012 and I thought that InstallShield is already included...
After I installed it I'm supposed to enter a serial code but I thought this type of software is a tool within Visual Studio without the need of paying twice.

Can anyone help me?
